Mr. FluesBro, Thought to pass this on to you…!! Hey Steve, Forgive my absentmindedness — I forgot to thank you for referring Jeremy. He was so awesome! I had him come out and do a full inspection on my fireplace. He found lots of issues and helped me figure out what was the best option for my current setup. He’s installing a direct-vent gas insert this Thursday and I CANNOT wait! (Sure wish I had it last week!) I’m so glad I had him come take a look because I would have been completely hosed had I just went ahead with one of the few other options I was considering. (Funny how those salespeople aren’t such experts, eh?) Anyway, thanks again. I’ve appreciated your expertise over the years and you really came through on this one. You’ll know I’ll be in touch when/if I’m ready to buy my next adventure!

I know nothing about chimneys, but it was obvious that Scott did, and I watched as Jeff and Caleb all worked very hard on our convoluted situation. I feel confident that the job was done right and I’m pleased with how it all looks too. Your crew was friendly, professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards (even leaving us a couple of extra tools, which you, sadly, reclaimed –ha-ha).  Before they left, Caleb vacuumed the stairs that were dirty before they even arrived. Last September, you repaired our chimney that had been leaking smoke into the interior of the house for 15 years, making it almost unusable except for very small fires.  Your crew installed metal ducts to reline the chimney flue and resealed the firebox.  Installation was difficult because of sharp turns in the flue, but your persistence paid off and eventually a resolution was found.  We are now able to use the chimney with a roaring fire for the first time in more than a decade. We are obviously very pleased with the workmanship as well as the can-do attitude of everyone involved. Among the many upgrades to our home, this work is the best money we have spent and we would be delighted to recommend Fluesbrothers to anyone.
