Chase was professional and informative. We just bought a 100+ year old home and the fireplace hadn't been used for years. We wanted to know what was needed to make it functional again. After a thorough inspection, Chase sat with us, patiently explained the situation with many pictures, and described several options. While it will take a lot of work, Chase was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us confidence Fluebrothers knows what it is doing and can handle the job. We followed up with a visit to the office to speak to Jeremy and we know we will be in good hands. We are looking forward to using our fireplace this winter because of Fluebrothers.
We totally recommend Fluesbrothers. Our fireplace insert looks great ????. When doing yearly Fireplace inspection and maintenance determined there was a problem with the valve on the unit. Although it took few months to receive the part, we were kept up to date. When the part was delivered and installed under warranty the insert works great. Thanks to Tyler for keeping us in the loop and the good job he did for us. Jeremy and Tyler are extremely easy to work with. WE are Very satisfied with their service.
Chase at Fluesbrothers was very thorough in explaining the services, performing his work, and taking pictures for his and my documentation. When working inside, he had booties over his shoes to keep my house clean and put a tarp down where he worked in front of the fireplace. I highly recommend this company as Chase was very knowledgeable and professional.
We had a excellent experience with Fluesbrothers Chimney Service getting our chimney inspected and repaired (new tuckpointing, new crown, power washing, flashing covering and waterproofing). Josh and Jason provided 5-star service over the three days it took for the repair. They are very friendly, always showed up on time and explained what was happening on each day. Cleanup was perfect at the end of each day. I recommend this company wholeheartedly.
We had a tankless water heater installed by a plumber, that means we no longer needed the brick vent on the roof which was over 90 years old and in very bad shape. Fluesbrothers did fast, top quality work even matching or shingles. We would gladly use them again.

I was told arrival between 9 and 9:30 and received a call from Ryan at just after 9 saying he was on his way. I received a text giving me the info of the tech that would me coming out and it mentioned if favorite food was soup and I regret not asking for elaboration.
Ryan was very professional and polite, and explained in detail what services he performed and what repairs would need done and why they are important. He was not pushy on upselling or pushing anything else, simply informed me that Fluesbrothers can do the repairs and sent me an estimate. He did not try and shame me or make me feel like my house would catch fire in an instant in order to sell other services, though he did recommend limiting use and keeping any fires as small as possible until a few things could be repaired or replaced. I prefer to use small businesses and this company has definitely solidified their place in my recommendations and will get me as a return client for sure.
